This postpartum kit is designed to help support parents and inspire self care practices for both physical and emotional health in the initial postpartum stages. While none of these remedies are for baby specifically, the goal with these remedies is to support parents well so that they can care for baby within their full capacity. The remedies include both topical and internal medicines for support with the variety of issues that may arise during this tender time. Below is a detailed menu of the subscription items. 

The medicines can be delivered in one of two ways:

Option one is for the remedies to be spaced out in three packages (as outlined below). Ideally the first one is delivered before baby is born so that the remedies are availability for immediate use after labor. The second is delivered one month postpartum, and the third comes at two months postpartum.

Option two is for all the medicines to be delivered at one time!

Month One: nipple salve, cooling + reparative pad solution, postpartum sitz bath, connection flower essence blend, cramp bark tincture.

Month Two: integration flower essence blend, motherwort tincture, nutritive + balancing tea, depression tincture formula.

Month Three: queen of boundaries hydrosol spray, nursing tea blend, ease flower essence blend, anti-anxiety tincture formula, milky oat tincture.
